The mobile plants are designed to service regional areas and to support large scale projects.
State Asphalts NSW possesses portable capabilities in the form of its Ciber UACF19P2 mobile continuous pugmill mixing asphalt plant. The plant is able to be transported to service regional projects or large-scale metropolitan projects which require a dedicated asphalt supply.
The Ciber continuous pugmill mixing asphalt plant is capable of producing up to 120 tonnes per hour, with the inclusion of Recycled Asphalt Products. The plant has a product storage of up to 50 tonnes and the ability to produce Hot Mix Asphalt, Warm Mix Asphalt, and Stone Mastic Asphalt.
State Asphalts NSW has been able efficiently to transport the Ciber mobile asphalt plant and is able to establish the plant in new locations within 2 weeks of shutting down at its previous location.
